These studio-apartments have the same layout: an entrance hall, a large bathroom with bathub, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, a big room with 1 Double Bed, and an open-kitchen with all amenities: washer, refrigerator, microwaves, coffee maker, washing machine, gas machine, all tools, dishes, glasses, pots, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & condiments. Free cleaning, fresh towels & bed linen change twice/week.
As a plus: secured private Parking available on-site for 4E/day.
UNIVERSITATE RESIDENCE offers from 2012 3 studio-apartments & 1 One Bedroom Apt. located 100-250m around University Square, Old City Center, National Theater, Military Club, Cismigiu Park.

Despite the best central location possible in the city heart, they are very quiet due of high floor or back side large view.
